We want you to love your glow; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half-full to qualify.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.
Pack It Up
Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
